Post request

Transparent payment with escrow protection. Track every step until successful handover.
For shoppers
- Post a request: add the product, its value, where it should be picked up and delivered, your deadline and the reward you offer the traveller.
- Choose a traveller: review profiles and ratings of travellers going your way and pick the one you trust.
- Lock the payment: once a traveller accepts, you securely lock the payment. It is not released yet.
- Confirm the handover: when you receive the product, confirm it with the delivery code. Only then is the payment released to the traveller.
- Rate the experience: leave a rating and review for the traveller.
For travellers
- Post your trip: share your route, travel date and spare luggage space.
- Pick requests that fit your journey: accept the shopper requests that match your route.
- Buy and carry the item: purchase the requested product, which is reimbursed securely through the platform, and carry it with you.
- Hand over and earn: deliver to the shopper, complete the handover and receive the stated reward.
